About
French expertise at the heart of the US market.
More than 23 years in Florida. One mission: to make US mortgage financing simpler and safer for French-speaking buyers — and anyone who wants to be guided in French.
My path
I arrived in Florida with few reference points, no contacts in real estate — and a lot of determination. Like so many French speakers who settle here, I had to relearn everything: the market, the rules, the vocabulary, and especially the unwritten codes.
Across more than 23 years in Florida, I've worked every side of the real estate market. I started as a real estate agent, walking clients through their first showings and first offers. From there I moved into property management, looking after homes for absentee owners — often French investors who couldn't manage from a distance.
It was our own experience as investors — the difficulties, the unanswered questions, the lack of real support — that led me to mortgage financing. I wanted to be for my clients what I hadn't had myself.
Today, I'm a mortgage broker. I work where everything comes together: structuring, optimizing, and securing the financing for your project — whether you're buying, refinancing, or investing.
This journey is what really sets me apart. It gives me a perspective few brokers have — that of someone who has lived every step from the inside. I understand every part of your project — buying, managing, and making a Florida property pay off.
For me, financing isn't just a file or a rate. It's a strategy. It's a life project.
Want to know more about what I can do for your project? Let's talk — a 30-minute conversation is all it takes.
How I work
Before we talk financing, we talk.
Every situation is different — your visa, your credit history, your savings, your timeline. I take the time to understand your reality before suggesting anything.
My role: demystify the process. I lay out your options clearly — no jargon, no pressure. Just the right information at the right time, so you can move forward with confidence.
Buying property is a major step. It should be clear, not complicated.
Why French speakers
Because I've lived exactly what you live.
Arriving in the US — or investing from abroad — means stepping into a system that doesn't look like anything you know. Credit, documents, timelines, vocabulary: it all has to be relearned. Often in English, with people who don't understand your background or your reality.
I know, because I've been there myself.
Today, I work with French speakers from Europe, Canada, and elsewhere — and what I see is that every situation is unique, but they all share the same need: not just someone to translate the system, but someone who understands it with you, and adapts it to your culture.
That's exactly what I do. I'm your bridge to the American system — I translate, I explain, I structure, I negotiate — and I'm with you all the way to closing, with clarity and calm.
